RESERVATIONS & HOURS
Effective May 19th, 2021, Eagle County guidelines allow us to operate at full capacity in our dining room and bar with no further restrictions.  As we transition to a less restricted hospitality environment, our team has updated some aspects of our service to provide everyone with a comfortable and safe dining experience.  We continue to hold the health of our team and guests as a top priority and are excited to safely welcome you back with smiling faces.

Reservations are available one month in advance and all reservation availability is accessible through our website.

A receptionist will be available to answer your phone calls from 10am-7pm.For dinner reservations, a $25 deposit per person is required for booking.  The deposit will be refunded if cancelled up to 24 hours in advance or upon arrival.  No deposit is required at lunch.

To accommodate our reservations in a timely and orderly manner, our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine. Group sizes and allotted dining times are:
Lunch: 1-2 guests (1:30), 3-4 guests: (1:45), 5-8 guests (2hrs)
Dinner:  1-2 guests (1:45), 3-4 guests  (2hrs), 5-8 guests (2.5 hrs)
Please arrive on time for your reservation.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we may cancel your reservation in order to ensure that we minimize waiting parties.  We will do our best to seat you on time and look forward to your visit.
Our summer hours of operation are:
Lunch (Thursday-Monday) -- 12pm-3pm
Dinner (7 days/week) -- 5pm-9pm
GUIDELINES COVID POLICY
We are following all guidelines proposed by WHO, CDC, National Restaurant Association, and State and Town Regulations and are fully committed to supporting our communities and their health. Sweet Basil's protocols will continue to evolve alongside national, state, and local instruction.
Under the latest Eagle County guidelines, masks are now optional inside the restaurant.
Guests and staff are welcome to wear a mask if they are more comfortable doing so, but it is no longer required.

If you are experiencing any illness symptoms such as: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, body aches, nausea, chills, or fatigue, please stay home - we are happy to reschedule your reservation.

All Sweet Basil personnel have been provided access to vaccination and we have achieved suggested vaccination levels within our staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment.  For the safety of our team and guests, we do not permit anyone to report to work if exhibiting any symptoms of illness.

We have always taken sanitation and hygiene seriously and continue to make it a priority. You will continue to see hand sanitizer stations throughout the dining room as well as other elevated cleaning protocols.

Five Medical Grade H13 True HEPA Filter air purifiers have been installed throughout the dining room to continually eliminate airborne bacteria and viruses.

Our digital menu experience is available in an effort to reduce waste and facilitate sanitation. You now have the option of a paper menu or QR code for your convenience.
