Chris Youmans

Chef de Partie

Chris Youmans' (pronounced Youmans not Yeomans) origin story begins in Grand Junction, Colorado. Rumor has it that his first decade was spent scaling the cliffs of Glenwood Canyon with wolves. They fed by scouring the west for palisade peaches. In 1992, 1 specific peach tree created 1 harvest of heirloom peaches that are said to bloom once every 35 years. Whoever feasts on these peaches will possess an eye for detail and the skilled touch for plating that few chefs ever achieve. Executive Chef, Paul Anders, is the last known human to have harnessed this power. Chris' hobbies include making eyebrows out of food scraps and riding the sandstone bus just to see where it goes. When dining, ask for cupcake, and you may catch a glimpse, though he is best enjoyed through the food he makes.
